GENDER HEALTH CLINIC

We are the only clinic in San Joaquin County providing care to the transgender population through a partnership with the Health Plan of San Joaquin.  Historically, in our area, this patient population has been underserved and has limited access to care.  In the county there are no designated doctors where patients can seek care. Family Medicine at San Joaquin opened up Gender Health Clinic in May 2016.  We follow the WPATH guidelines.
