JENNIFER DIONISIO, DO

Hello, Jen here (Jennifer). I’m excited to be at SJGH and work/learn alongside people to serve our patients. I went to UC Davis for my undergraduate year and majored in Biology and minored in Psychology. Afterwards, I pursued my Masters in Public Health while working for MediCal/Medicare where I got introduced to the world of healthcare. A few years later, I decided to switch gears to pursue medicine and got my Master in Science and attended medical school at Touro University, California. The dream is to work for an underserved community practicing full-spectrum Family Medicine. I enjoy teaching and working on quality and performance improvement initiatives and would love to be able to incorporate that in my career as a doctor. I value collaboration and collegiality in the workplace. Outside of work I spend as much time as possible exploring new places, things, and activities with friends and family. I definitely prefer being out for the most part but also enjoy time at home watching a movie/show and doing chores. If you like traveling, brunches, leisure walks, camping, and/or have hobbies you are dying to share, let’s be friends!
